Why post-event reporting matters more than launch coverage
Announcement journalism is abundant. Follow-up is where credibility is earned.

Every major regional event produces a wave of announcement coverage within hours. Very little of it survives contact with the following quarter.
Post-event reporting, what was agreed, what was delivered, what quietly disappeared, is scarce and disproportionately valuable to serious readers.
It is also the coverage that participants remember, because it treats their commitments as consequential.
